for Huelo Pt Lookout to authorize my credit card for 50% of my total
reservation cost at the time of booking and for the full balance (+11.42%)
60 days before arrival. I UNDERSTAND THAT MY CREDIT CARD IS TO BE
USED ONLY TO HOLD MY RESERVATION, NOT FOR ACTUAL PAYMENT OF ACCOUNT.
Authorization will only be converted to an actual charge in case of
"no show", cancellation or early checkout. If converted,
the charge will appear on my billing statement under "Huelo Point
Lookout".
I understand that 50% of my balance is non refundable at the time
of booking, and the full 100% is non-refundable 60 days prior to
arrival, unless we can re-book the space at the same rate, in which
case only a 10% (of the total) re-booking fee applies.
Full payment of account may be completed on arrival by cash, cashier's
check, or travelers' checks. Credit card may also be used with a
5% handling fee. I may also pay by personal/ company check or money
order 60 days before arrival date. ( Please make checks or money

CANCELLATION POLICY:
As stated above, bookings are 50% non refundable
at the time of booking and are 100% non refundable 60 days before
your arrival date - unless, of course, we can re-book your space
which case it will only be a 10% re-booking fee. The refund will
be in line with the rate we can re-rent it minus a 10% rebooking
fee from the total of the original reservation.
SECURITY/ EXCESS CLEANING DEPOSITS
I agree to open a credit card that can be used
for damage/security, excess cleaning or telephone. I understand
that this will be open for 30 days until the telephone bills arrive.
Any charges made will be sent with a receipt and explanation. (If
you do not wish to use a credit card for your deposit payment then
you may send a check or money order 60 days prior to arrival).

Note: In the event of closure of our facility due to unforeseen
circumstances (terrorism, acts of war, acts of God, changes in government
policy etc) Huelo Pt Lookout will not be liable for any damages
beyond the cost of your reservation with us, and all monies paid
to Huelo Pt Lookout will be refunded.
